Is it possible to OD on fresh lobster? Pretty sure that, and a good supply of wine, may have happened tonight. Forgive me if this post makes no sense but I am typing from the bathroom after a large quantity of both fresh lobster and wine. Both cooked right at our campsite. Thank you Martin!!
To make a little more sense on the day:. This morning we dedicated most of the day to whatever the kids wanted to do. We checked out an arts activity at the Activity Centre (go figure) and then drove over to the Visitors Centre to do a Marine life program. Touch tank, their fav! They picked up Jr Explorer booklets that they worked on throughout the day and then we can back to the campsite. Mike took the kids back to the Activity Centre for a Search and Find program while I aired out all the bedding and, when they got back, Martin had arrived with a pile of fresh, live lobster. We chatted for a while, cooked up the lobster, feasted and now, here I sit. Beauty.
I suspect that when I get back everyone will be waiting for me so we can begin a hike to walk off dinner. Maybe I'll have a glass of wine for the road. Ahhhhhh... This might hurt tomorrow. Oh well.
Tomorrow we pull out of Terra Nova and head to Bona Vista area. ☺️. More adventures await... And so does the family... Better get moving.
