We left our cozy site at the Petro Can this morning with happy tidings from the owner. Slowly we are making our way towards the ferry to NFLD. A straight drive would have had us there in about 4hours I believe but it's near the end of the day and we still have an hour of driving to go. No one is complaining because it has still been a great day. The kids are beat and have enjoyed our tech-time and Harry Potter readings in the truck. We have also stopped at a few more beaches like the one above in Antogonish. Great little local spot to pull over, discover flounders and pretend to swim like them (see below). Loads of locals popped by to swim, exercise their dogs or just watch the water while we were there.
Forgot to mention above, in case the locations aren't making any sense... We are in Nova Scotia. Probably obvious but worth mentioning just the same 😁
