Gros Morne - July 17

All the Cornerbrook locals rave about a little :spring" just past Marble Mountain so, on our way out of town, we paused to fill up the tanks manually.  The water was cold and clear and it tasted good. Mike may have even dunked his head before we left.

Pit stop outside of town so we can eat for the next few days and off to Gros Morne.  The drive was spectacular.  No moose yet but I can feel that we are getting closer.  Much closer.  The Russells have been practicing their moose calls ... "Here Moosie Moosie!!"

We drove through some gorgeous mountain roads and saw the clouds tough the ground around us.  At one point we actually got to drive through a cloud.  Very cool.

Now back at our campsite we have explored one more beach so far.  It is different yet again.  Far fewer critters to find but we did see dead crab bits, sad dollars and lots and lots of bugs.  My word Gros Morne has a lot of hungry flying bugs!  No jellyfish and no shrimp that we could see.  The sand goes out a ways and the beach is easy to walk on.  There are natural sand dunes to climb with dried scrub behind and little coves to explore.  We saw possible coyote tracks in the sand down at one of the untouched coves too.

So many pictures to share and so little interwebs out here.  Will share and update when possible.  Mike has plugged us in way better than I every could have so at least we can get a couple of posts out :)
